Tuition fee
You will receive an invoice at the beginning of each month with the number of lessons you can take for the coming period (4 weeks). The payment can be made within 2 weeks after receiving it.
Expectations
Students are expected to own an acoustic or electric piano and to practice regularly for sufficient progress. Students will learn more through daily 20-30 minutes practice sessions rather than one long session the night before the lesson.
Frequency
Students can sign up for a lesson every week or biweekly. It is highly recommended that beginners follow the piano lesson on a weekly basis.
Cancellation
Cancelling a lesson in advance (up to 24 hours) can be made free of charge and it can be rescheduled if possible, on another day in the same billed period (4 weeks). There is no refund for late cancellation.
A cancelled lesson because of the teacher will be rescheduled without any financial consequences.
Holidays
Students are expected to be able to follow piano lessons through the entire year except : Christmas, Easter holidays, official school holidays, official national holidays in The Netherlands.
Materials
The student has to purchase or print out his/her own methods/books/scores/worksheets upon agreeing with the teacher on what materials should be used.
